Sadio Mane is said to have apologized during training on Thursday for the incident with Leroy Sane after the lost game against Manchester City. According to Sky Sports DE however, that would be in vain, because the group of players would have already turned against the Senegalese.
The attacker is said to have entered the training complex smiling, but that was not entirely justified. “I don’t believe in a future for Sadio Mane at Bayern Munich after this summer,” said journalist Florian Plettenberg. “Many players are critical of Mane and they assume that he will no longer play for the club. This has now reached the club management.”
After the loss to Manchester City on Tuesday, Mane is said to have slapped Sane in the face. The two ruffs then had to be separated by their teammates. Mane will talk to the club management about the incident today, but it is still unknown what sanctions will be imposed. In any case, the two were both back on the training field today.
