Driehuis – A victim of a stabbing incident was found in the driveway of a house on Wolff and Dekenlaan on Monday morning around 10.45 am. Resuscitation of the victim, a 24-year-old resident of Driehuis, was of no avail.
It is still unclear what exactly happened. That is why the police are looking for more witnesses. The police have started a major investigation in the area of Wolff and Dekenlaan. The detectives also look at available camera images.
There are several schools in the street in question. There is currently no indication that there is a link between the schools or the students concerned on the one hand and the stabbing incident on the other. Students who may have seen something have been put in touch with Victim Support.
