Man injured in Spijkenisse stabbing incident;  witnesses sought

Spijkenisse – A 32-year-old man from Spijkenisse was injured in a stabbing incident on Groenewoudlaan on Thursday evening, March 23. A 23-year-old man without a fixed place of residence or abode, a 21-year-old woman from Rotterdam and two men aged 22 and 17 from Eindhoven were arrested. Their role is under investigation.

The stabbing incident was reported just after 5 p.m. The injured Spijkenisser was found near the skating rink, after which he was transported to a hospital for treatment. The police are happy to speak with witnesses to get a clear picture of what exactly happened that evening. There were many young people present at the time who saw or filmed the incident.
