On Saturday, February 18, around 3 p.m., the victim, together with a manager of the apartment complex, approached two unknown men. The two men are asked to leave the flat because they had no business in the complex.

At the exit an altercation ensues in which one of the men hits the resident hard in the face. The resident then collapses and the two men run off. The resident is left injured, later it turns out that his nose is broken. It has now been three months and the victim has still not fully recovered.

After this call, a 21-year-old man from Arnhem reported to a police station on Wednesday afternoon. The man is in custody and will be heard later.
