Zoetermeer, Arnhem – On Tuesday evening, May 16, the investigation program Team West paid attention to a serious assault on the Northward in Zoetermeer. In this assault, the 64-year-old victim broke his nose. On Wednesday afternoon, May 17, a 21-year-old man reported to have been involved in this incident. On Saturday, February 18, around 3 p.m., the victim, together with a manager of the apartment complex, approached two unknown men. The two men are asked to leave the flat because they had no business in the complex.
Victim breaks nose
At the exit an altercation ensues in which one of the men hits the resident hard in the face. The resident then collapses and the two men run off. The resident is left injured, later it turns out that his nose is broken. It has now been three months and the victim has still not fully recovered.

After this call, a 21-year-old man from Arnhem reported to a police station on Wednesday afternoon. The man is in custody and will be heard later. As usual, the images of this suspect have been removed.
