Functions:

Integration specialist:

• Manage and create seamless connections between applications.
• Automate processes with advanced robotics/automation.
• Ensure efficient and reliable data exchange.

IT Architect:

• Design innovative technical solutions and architectural plans.
• Lead the organization’s technology vision and strategy.
• Design and maintain the ICT policy.

First Line System Administrator(s):

• Proactively anticipate and resolve technical issues to ensure a stable work environment.
• Proactive maintenance of systems for optimal performance.
• Service-oriented solving and handling of service requests.

Service Desk Employee(s):

• Provide first-line support and solutions to user issues.
• Provide a friendly and efficient workplace experience.
• Manage endpoint devices.

Strategic Information Manager:

• Design strategy, programs and long-term planning for information provision.
• Focus on integrated information policy, development and creating support for this.
• Ensuring effective information provision and promoting innovation.

Functional manager(s):

• Implement functional changes to applications.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between users and systems.
• Make continuous optimizations for a user-friendly experience.

Data analyst:

• Analyze data to generate valuable insights.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Present clear reports and recommendations based on data analysis.

Data engineer

• Build and maintain robust and scalable data infrastructures.
• Design data models for efficient data storage and processing.
• Implement advanced data integrity and security solutions.

MS365 specialist

• Implement innovative solutions for collaboration and communication..
• Optimize and manage Microsoft 365 functionalities.
• Provide expert support for a seamless MS365 experience.
