Junior IT employee – IT job vacancy in Netherlands

The Amsterdam UMC is looking for a temporary ICT employee until mid-July, who is service-oriented. You support the teachers and students of the medical support and nursing courses in making optimal use of the possibilities that digitization offers. You also have the following things:

Completed at least ICT education at MBO level 4; Obtained certificates in the field of ITIL and Microsoft, or the willingness to obtain them; Preferably relevant work experience in a similar position; Excellent communication and writing skills; Good command of both the Dutch and English language. in any case available on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

As an ICT employee you work in a small team and you have many different tasks. Among other things, you will perform the following activities:

Staffing the IOO ICT Service Desk; ICT Workplace support for employees, teachers and students; Support teachers in the implementation of digital education; Support with digital testing; Support teachers in using the Education studio; Supporting students in making optimal use of the Digital Learning Environment.

You will work at the ICT Service Desk of the IOO department (Institute for Education and Training) in the Amsterdam UMC, location AMC. Within the team they want to continuously develop personally, but also as a team. Do you also share this ambition?
