Your job

Within the Quality & Wellbeing Monitoring team, you will work as a Junior Functional Manager. You are partly responsible for optimizing our internal and external services.

Together with two colleagues from the Functional Management & Data subteam, you ensure the continuity of our applications in the Social Domain. You ensure that the more than 100 employees within the Social Domain can work well every day. Picking up and handling incidents, supervising changes and user support are a permanent part of your work. You create and maintain SQL reports with management information and share your knowledge and experience about the content of your work and processes of your team.

The Social Domain employees are mainly involved in processes in the area of ​​the Participation, Wmo and Youth Act. We are currently working on the applications of PINK Roccade (Civision and iSamenleving), for which a tender is currently underway. We also work with applications such as MakelaarSuite, Tableau and Rx. Enterprise that you will be involved with. Support and advice from our colleagues on all common questions they encounter when using the above-mentioned applications.

You will work in the Quality and Welfare Monitoring team. This team carries out the business processes of the social domain and monitors their quality. The team consists of 28 positive, collegial, motivated and committed employees.

Your expertise

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Junior Functional Manager. You enjoy getting to know the processes within the Municipality of Ronde Venen and your service-oriented character and customer focus make you strong in user support. You like to delve into new technology and are continuously looking for improvements in the way the organization, colleagues and yourself work. You like to achieve results and do this independently or in a team. You are analytical, accurate, decisive, helpful, collegial and critical in a positive way. You have good oral and written communication skills.

Education, experience and affinity of our ideal candidate:

  • You have completed a higher professional education (HBO) bachelor’s degree;
  • You have completed training in ICT (e.g. functional management) or you have work experience in that direction;
  • You have a passion for and affinity with ICT;
  • You have an affinity with user support, technical functional management, data (analysis) and drawing up reports and proposals;
  • You think it would be fun to work in the social domain.

We will offer you on-the-job coaching and training, such as a BISL training and an SQL course. Indicate in your motivation letter in which areas you already have expertise and why you would like to work with us.

Salary and employment conditions

If you commit yourself to society with us, there will of course be something in return.

We offer an employment contract for 1 year with the prospect of a permanent contract. Depending on education and experience, the salary is a maximum of €4,537 gross per month (job scale 9), based on a 36-hour working week.

In addition to your salary, you will receive a freely disposable budget: the Individual Choice Budget (IKB). This is 17.05% of your salary and salary allowances. With this IKB you can, for example, arrange extra leave, training or have it paid out monthly. You can read more about this at www.caogemeenten.nl. You will also receive an additional €500 gross per year from the IKB. This amount applies to a 36-hour working week.
