Janssen wins again with Royal Antwerp: Just empty the cups

Vincent Janssen is currently a happy man. Not only was he called up for the Dutch national team, he also won with Royal Antwerp FC from Seraing United. Royal Antwerp has already won nine games in a row.

Antwerp started the match strongly and after twenty minutes it seemed to be sitting on roses when Janssen took care of the 2-0 with the necessary luck. In the end it was 2-1. “In the end, the victory was too difficult,” Janssen said in Belgian media after the game. “It was not a good match from us, but we won.”

Antwerp withdrew too fiercely after the break. “There was nothing to worry about before halftime, the 2-1 fell out of the sky. That may have been the problem. But so far we have won everything.”

Janssen is happy with the international match. “A little rest. Some players have to report to the national team. The others have a short break. Just empty the cups and then get back to it.”
