As a workplace manager at an educational institution, you are customer and service-oriented. You can work independently and learn quickly. You know how to patiently analyze questions or requests and solve them where possible.
MBO level 4 training in IT management or similar. Solid knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft 365. ï‚· Knowledge and experience with the processes and services of an IT organization. ï‚· Proficiency in the English language.
As a workplace manager you are responsible for managing and monitoring workplaces. You ensure that all workstations are equipped with the correct hardware and software and that all IT systems run properly. You will work closely with colleagues at the service desk. Together you solve malfunctions and provide both incidental and structural solutions.
As an IT workplace manager, you are part of a dedicated team in an informal setting.
