As a member of our Hybrid Cloud infrastructure group, you will work together with a diverse team of IT specialists, with expertise in Cisco DNA, VMWare, Azure and Windows Server.

Your job
Your responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting and performing updates, with a focus on Microsoft (Cloud) services and Cisco DNA. You are skilled in working at both the second and third line levels, which means you can resolve complex incidents as well as analyze and resolve root causes.

You work closely with your colleagues and external suppliers to solve problems and ensure optimal functioning of the systems. You have a proactive approach, where you not only tackle problems when they arise, but also think about possible causes and propose structural solutions to prevent future incidents.

In addition to your specialization in Microsoft (Cloud) services and Cisco DNA, you are also willing and able to assist in other IT areas.

You work with modern data centers and are involved in migration projects and innovation initiatives. The position offers a challenging environment where there is room for innovation and where you get the opportunity to further develop yourself within a complex IT environment. You will work in our new Hybrid Cloud infrastructure group. This group includes various IT specialists with expertise in Cisco DNA, VMWare, Azure and Windows Server. Your experience
You have:

• HBO work and thinking level;
• at least 3 years of experience in IT;
• experience with project-based work;
• applied knowledge in the past 2 years of Cisco networks, PowerShell, Windows Server, Active directory, Azure cloud services;
