Are you good with hardware, communicatively strong and service-oriented? Then we are looking for you! We are looking for an IT Service Desk Employee for the Province of Flevoland.
Gross hourly wage of €15-€16
Temporary, with a view to permanent
32-36 hours a week

You have demonstrable IT service desk experience You have MBO working and thinking level You are meticulous You are communicative and service-oriented
Setting up iPhones and laptops Issuing laptops and iPhones to new employees, whereby VPN software must also be set up so that employees can work from home Taking equipment from employees who are leaving service Preparing issue and collection forms, having them signed by the employee and correct administration of 1st and 2nd line handling
