IT service desk employee

You are the first point of contact for IT-related reports and requests. Do you get energy from working with people? Do you communicate easily and are you well versed in administration? Then this position is for you!

This is what you’re going to do

As a service desk employee, you accept all reports in the field of IT. You will receive these notifications by telephone, e-mail, at your desk or via our ticket system. You handle the reports and look for the connection between the user’s question and your IT colleagues or suppliers.

In addition, you will help take our municipality’s ICT services to a higher level. You ensure that our ICT service standards are achieved. You do this, for example, by ensuring good communication with the organization from ICT, filling knowledge and training systems and providing instructions to new colleagues.

You will also provide support in the implementation of ICT projects and, where necessary, hold discussions with representatives of our colleagues. In short: you shape and implement our ICT services.

That’s why this is your new job

You absolutely don’t have to be a technician. It is preferable that you have experience with Workspace and Microsoft 365, but we do not make it a strict requirement. We do ask for common sense and an affinity with ICT. You are the person who likes to help other people and knows how to involve the right people. Your communication skills are therefore very good. Furthermore, you can work and think at MBO+/HBO level and you do everything you can to keep customers satisfied. You have a service-oriented attitude and strive to solve problems. You are a team player and have your administration well in order. Together with you, we determine what you need to make this position a success.

• A salary that varies between €3,014 and €4,244 per month (job scale 8 – 36 hours/week), depending on your education and experience;
