The position of IT Service Desk employee
Service desk knowledge: As an employee of the Service Desk, you act as the first point of contact for ICT-related matters and you are always available by telephone during office hours. Together with your colleagues, you are ready to help our employees with any technical issue or challenge. Whether it means providing immediate solutions or hiring the right experts, you are the one they trust.
Connecting link: Although the technical management has been outsourced externally, you act as the liaison between Stroomopbaas and our cloud provider. You ensure that they have a clear understanding of our expectations and document this accurately in our service desk system, Topdesk.
Smart Solutions: Together with your team you strive for efficient, standard solutions for common problems. This way you guarantee a carefree working environment for our employees. Because success starts with a smooth digital working environment.
Purchasing role: In the rapidly changing world of ICT and mobile technology, you are the expert. You select the right equipment for our teams and your choices make our employees happy. You are always aware of the latest developments!
What do we offer
- A salary of a minimum of €2,666 and a maximum of €3,784 (scale 7 in accordance with the SGO collective labor agreement, 36 hours) gross per month.
- The individual choice budget (17.05% on top of your salary to spend on extra leave hours, extra salary, training or a bicycle)

Who are you?
You have an MBO working and thinking level and preferably knowledge of and experience with Office365, Topdesk, Windows 10/11, IOS for iPhone, municipal applications and Exchange.
What else we find important:
- You have a clear telephone voice and are customer-friendly
- Relevant work experience at an IT service desk (1st line)
- Knowledge of and experience with Topdesk as a practitioner
- Knowledge of and experience with hardware such as laptops and smartphones
