As an ICT service desk employee you will work on a permanent basis at AS Watson in Renswoude. In this position you are the indispensable link within the team. As the first point of contact for the internal organization, you support the employees of Kruidvat, Trekpleister and ICI PARIS XL with their IT questions. Thanks to your computer skills and broad knowledge, you are immediately able to support internal employees in the role of ICT service desk employee. Your goal is to satisfy them with your helpfulness and service orientation. As a reliable link within technical support, you play a crucial role in promoting a positive user experience. Moreover, you can find yourself in the following requirements

you have completed at least an MBO level 3 education, preferably in a field related to ICT; you have at least 1 year of experience in an ICT/IT related environment; you can quickly pick up new systems, are good at multitasking and work independently; you are familiar with MS Office 365 and find it interesting to delve into various (other) software systems; Knowledge of TOPdesk is an advantage.

As an ICT service desk employee at AS Watson in Renswoude, you support internal colleagues in the field of ICT, with a focus on the internal applications used by the employees of Kruidvat, Trekpleister and ICI PARIS XL stores. You work closely with 15 colleagues in the store automation department, where new challenges await you every day. Your tasks include answering questions, registering and solving problems, with special attention to internal applications such as Watsontalent and Watsonline. You register all reports in TOPdesk, forward them to the right departments and suppliers, and keep a close eye on progress. The service desk is available on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and you work at least 24 hours a week according to a fixed schedule.
