As an IT employee, you have good communication skills. In addition, you have:

a completed MBO education in the field of ICT; several years of experience in operational services in ICT and computer systems such as Microsoft Office and Topdesk; an achieved certification in the field of ITIL V3/V4 and Microsoft Certified Desktop SupportTechnician MCDST (Windows 10); knowledge and experience with large IT organizations and some experience with service desk work.

As an IT employee you are responsible for:

issuance or installation of workplace equipment; providing (telephone) ICT support; physical support of equipment; performing changes in Active Directory; creating manuals and maintaining the knowledge system and you monitor the progress of your own Topdesk reports.

You will work as an IT employee for a department where services play a major role. This does not only apply to facilitating with (mobile) devices. But also for helping to realize the self-reliance of their customers (support off premise). The department offers a versatile position in a dynamic working environment where they can make good use of your expertise.
