As an IT employee / helpdesk employee, you will first start with telephone and email support. Customers have various questions about their computer or telephone. This includes system management, Office 365, etc. You ensure that they receive help by telephone and email. You can also be deployed for outside disruptions at the customer’s location. But this depends on your wishes and what you would like to grow in! This company also offers the service of camera surveillance. These cameras need to be installed and the cables need to be laid. If you have experience in this, or would like to gain more experience in this, then that is possible! This also depends on your wishes.

You will work at a company based in Veenendaal. This company now has more than 1,200 customers and actively manages around 3,500 workstations and 175 servers. This company solves 90% of the problems that arise the same day, remotely or on location. This makes this company unique in the IT world. The team is a nice little team that goes out together a few times a year. Good guidance is provided during the training process.
