You have an HBO working and thinking level and you have experience in a similar position. You have good analytical and communication skills, problem-solving skills and a large dose of perseverance. With your knowledge, insight and drive you know how to properly analyze and assess complicated situations. Of course you have knowledge and experience with Microsoft products. You are a team player who can also work well independently.
You are responsible for various communication and information systems throughout the group, such as the digital workplace, mobile devices, unified communications, video conferencing, narrowcasting, internet and intranet. You pick up ICT tickets that have been registered in our ticket system, whereby the handling is smooth and precise. You continuously work on the further development of our digital workplace. You are able to translate the wishes of the business into beautiful solutions, this is also possible by taking on various projects, where you get the chance to get to know various locations of the group. You will also have a lot of contact with different disciplines within the company. In short, you are a pivot in our organization in the functional area between users and the executive (external) parties and colleagues
You will become part of our ICT department, which is a great team of 30 colleagues. The ICT department maintains, develops and manages information systems to support the business processes of the entire group. As a Business Process Consultant Infra and Communication you report to the Business Process Manager Infra and Communication. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for supporting and making maximum use of our communication and information systems. Together you process about 5000 tickets per year and support your 1900 users all over the world.
