The Regional ICT Service Utrecht is looking for one
IT Asset Manager
for 32 – 36 hours per week
Your role?
In the role of IT Asset Manager, you are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Software Asset Management (SAM) and Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) processes. You see which IT resources are in use, their location, performance, costs and replacement or renewal dates. This limits risks, saves costs, ensures compliance and increases the quality and efficiency of our IT services. All this with modern technology and in collaboration with our partners.
Your workplace?
RID Utrecht is the ICT hub for 7 organizations, including municipalities such as Baarn, Bunnik, and De Bilt. Together we represent approximately 220,000 residents. From Doorn we support more than 2,200 employees in Utrecht. In our dynamic organization we are committed to further professionalization and IT innovation. The focus here is on improving the quality of services for residents and businesses.
Who are you?
You are a committed IT Asset Manager with an excellent ability to connect and solve. You appreciate teamwork, but you also function independently. You communicate clearly, are customer-oriented and actively contribute to our mission. In short, you are one of our calling cards!
Your qualifications:
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
- Knowledge of SAM and SACM processes.
- Experience with license audits.
- Knowledge of tools such as SNOW and TOPdesk is a plus.
- Accuracy and punctuality.
- Project and process approach.
- Strong social, communication and analytical skills.
what do you get from us?

In addition, you will receive a monthly Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 17.05% of your gross salary, which you can spend at your own discretion.
