Information Management Officer

WILL THIS BE YOUR NEW WORKPLACE?

You will work in the Information Management team, which consists of a diverse and expert team of 14 colleagues and is part of the Public department. The main task of the team is to ensure proper information management. To achieve this, we not only perform the tasks of registration, archiving and digitization, but we also have an organization-wide supporting role with regard to the processing and management of internal and external information flows.

ARE YOU CURIOUS WHAT YOU WILL DO THERE?

You support professional departments within the municipality with regard to the processing and management of information and the use of the case system. You are partly responsible for the correct structure of the case file.

  • You are responsible for the physical and digital archiving and registration of (case) files
  • You ensure a careful selection and destruction of digital and physical records
  • You monitor the use of the correct case types in case registrations and register bottlenecks
  • You support and think along about the design of new and existing applications, whether or not in a project context, and you proactively propose improvements

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

You are a good listener, articulate and act in what is needed for good physical and digital information management. You are good at devising and developing solutions that match the wishes, needs and that are in the interest of the organization. You work accurately, are analytically strong and like to check in detail whether all information is correct. You are an independent team player who likes to be in contact with different colleagues. You make a positive contribution to digital working and are able to help colleagues with this. You also enjoy following (new) developments and applying them in your work.

In addition you have:

  • MBO working and thinking level
  • knowledge of and several years of experience in a similar position
  • specific training and/or willingness to follow it (SOD or LARM, Leergang Adviseur Recordmanagement (LARM)
  • good social and communication skills, both oral and written

Depending on education and experience, you will receive an offer of a maximum of €3,732 gross per month (based on starting scale 7 or job scale 8 based on a 36-hour working week)
