WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

First a brief introduction about the team: The DIV team focuses primarily on providing documentary information for the OVER municipalities, Oostzaan and Wormerland. The team consists of five employees and is part of the Information Provision department. When you join our DIV team, you can shape the digital transition together with your colleagues within information provision.

As an Information Services consultant, your goal is to ensure that data is well organized and accessible in the applications you work with. You identify risks and formulate actions to ensure that data and documents remain secured in accordance with the Archives Act. Your observations are worth gold to us; this means that you can also contribute to policy making. Finally, perhaps the most important thing in this role: you can put information provision in the organization on the agenda, with the aim of making our organization future-proof. How are we going to do this? This is up to you!

Short:

  • You are in charge of ensuring that the information provision is in order and meets the requirements of the archive inspection.
  • You make storage procedures and think about work processes that result in documents or data being stored correctly.
  • You can be a pioneer in the digital transition. The base is there. It’s up to you and the team to build this further. How? That’s what we hear from you!
  • You are secretary of the strategic information consultation and you participate in the IATO consultation, a multidisciplinary team of ICT professionals, the CISO and the DPO.
  • You are an advisor for the entire internal organization and externally you are the representative of our organization, for example towards the archive inspection and other parties in the region.

WHO ARE WE?

We are OVER: the work organization of the municipalities of Oostzaan and Wormerland. Two municipalities that are administratively independent. OVER is a small and fine organization but big in subjects. Due to our location, close to the larger cities of Zaanstad and Amsterdam, we know many of the challenges of a larger city. We tackle them with a close-knit team. At OVER we trust each other, colleagues help each other.

WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?

Short:

  • A gross monthly salary of a maximum of €4,671 (maximum scale 10 Cao SGO for a 36-hour working week, depending on education and experience)
  • An extra budget of 17.05% per year, which you can use for a bicycle, education/training,
  • extra leave or a monthly allowance.
  • A rock-solid pension scheme at ABP;
  • 23 days of leave with the option to purchase additional;
  • An annual contribution to your health insurance costs;
