Data provides insight. More than ever, data plays an important role in our daily work. Data-driven working gives us the opportunity to predict developments and organize your processes accordingly, allowing you to do your work faster, better and more efficiently.

What are you going to do?

By analyzing and subsequently processing available data, we arrive at information that we can use across the organization to continue developing our policy.

As a data analyst you inspect, clean, transform and model data, which then extracts the most valuable information from the data. You translate this into practice.

Specifically, you deal with HR data. This includes absenteeism figures, staff turnover, productivity, recruitment data, etc. You are the point of contact for this. You provide management reports, build and maintain insightful dashboards and monitors and you use this information to monitor the progress of HRM KPIs and management information. You regularly coordinate with your HRM colleagues, Finance team and management.

Who are you?

You can translate data into a story that can be understood by the organization, at a strategic level and at an operational level. You translate figures into trends and you can explain what those figures mean for your field now, but also as expectations for the future. You know what you are talking about, you include your conversation partner in the story and you also dare to be critical in such a conversation. You have a vision on data-driven working within HRM and recruitment and how this can take work to a higher level within our organization. Your field is rapidly evolving, you follow developments closely and apply them immediately in your work.

What we also find important:

• HBO/WO working and thinking level and relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of reporting and analysis tools and experience with HR analytics and recruitment data.
• You are a team player, you work together to achieve team results and demonstrate entrepreneurship and ownership.
• Experience with a municipality is not necessary, but you do need to have a feeling for how a municipal organization works and what (political) interests you have to deal with.

Your team and the organization

Your new HRM team consists of employees from the personnel and financial administration, advisors (HR, policy, organization, occupational health and safety, training), recruitment and a data specialist (this vacancy). In the team we interact with each other in an informal manner and we are good at celebrating successes. We do as many things as possible that give us energy and that we learn from together, because we think that is important. We divide the HRM themes according to everyone’s talents. We give each other constructive feedback and we invest in each other.

• Salary from €4,211.00 to €5,997.00 gross based on 36 hours in scale 11. Depending on knowledge and experience.
