Leeuwarden – The resident of a house on Schieringerweg in Leeuwarden woke up early on September 6. At about 5:20 am he hears the doorbell. When he opens his front door, two suspects forcefully push him back. In panic, the victim jumps out his bedroom window and flees the house.
The suspects took various items from the home of the victim (a 26-year-old man). They also steal his car keys. The suspects drive off in the victim’s car.
Detectives are investigating the robbery. This investigation includes a neighborhood survey. The police would like to get in touch with witnesses who saw striking things in the vicinity of the Schieringerweg in the early morning of September 6. We also ask local residents with a security or doorbell camera to see if anything has been captured on video.
