You are the communicative and service-oriented helpdesk employee we are looking for. You want to work for 32 to 40 hours for a long time. You do not necessarily have to have experience as a helpdesk employee. It is much more important that you have an affinity with software and applications. You master the Dutch and English language fluently in word and writing. You see it as a challenge to help users get back on their way as quickly and efficiently as possible. Providing good service is of paramount importance to you.

As a helpdesk employee, you are the first point of contact when it comes to supporting international partners in the use of the so-called MD (Management Drives) software. You know how to translate the wishes and requirements of the partners into the various applications. Incidents and questions can come to you by email and telephone. In addition, you ensure that the applications are always available and function as optimally as possible. In this role as a helpdesk employee, you are an important link between partners, colleagues and the business. You are in daily contact with the users and that way you know what the wishes of these partners are. Your input is therefore valuable in the development of new applications.

Provide the best user support to the partners by email and/or telephone; The optimal functioning of the applications; Provide input on the development of new applications;
