you have completed at least an IT education at MBO-3/4 level you are customer and service oriented and always looking to improve the service you are a workplace manager with (flawless) telephone skills you are great at working with Office 365 and Topdesk, you have broad general IT knowledge
As a service center employee, you support employees and students and provide answers to the most diverse questions asked in the field of ICT services. These questions are received via various channels (telephone, WhatsApp and email). In this position you work every day to improve the customer experience of the school.
