A grenade was found in the garden of a house on Fluitekruid in Rotterdam around 02:00 on Sunday night. This has been investigated and secured by specialists from the TEV (Explosives Safety Team) and EOD (Explosives Clearance Service Defense). The explosive is detonated at a location elsewhere.

The resident of the house found a grenade in the garden near the front door when he returned home. Shortly before, an unknown person called the police to say that the grenade had been placed there.
The grenade was found in the Ommoord district in the Prins Alexander district. The Cow Parsley was largely sold for research. Police are investigating how the explosive ended up in the garden.
