Gordon is back! After almost a year of not being active on Instagram, Gordon has decided to post again with a big update. In addition to his comeback on the platform, the presenter, who previously appeared emotionally on TV with Beau van Erven Dorens, will also start singing again.
Gordon writes: “After an absence of almost a year, I am reopening my Instagram account. Did I miss it? Yes…. whether it has brought me peace? Many more yes!”, he begins his message on Instagram. “It’s a shame that I can no longer share my private life, as I did in my enthusiasm, like everyone else does.”
He says he wants to maintain his career. “So from today I will be back online, but purely to keep my fans informed of the developments of perhaps the most exciting thing I ever did. Whether I am afraid of the comments and whether I have felt afraid and unsafe? Yes, but evil should never win. And I am now strong enough to dare to post, but only about my work for TV and my singing career that has seen the light again!”
Gordon continues: “I said goodbye to singing in 2016 due to personal circumstances that no longer apply. So now after 8 years I am returning with a full-fledged album entitled ‘Album of my Life’, which title only came about when I was busy collecting the songs. Every song I liked could easily be a passage from my own life. I am now 55 but still full of life energy. With a special life behind me and ready for a new phase in my life!”
