In a candid interview with Max Magazine, Gordon explains what he has learned from the last 30 years. “I learned never to trust anyone again. There are so many people who have turned away from me. My lesson is: trust yourself, you have to get the strength from yourself. The love of your life is you.” When he is asked whether that is not incredibly lonely, Gordon answers: “It is. My life is lonely too. Lonely but not alone. I have learned to live with it, but I hang up the garlands myself. And I enjoy every day. But I don’t trust anyone at all.”
