What are you going to do?
In this varied and challenging position, you manage the case system and the Xential template system together with the other functional manager. To maintain and continue to improve our services, we work increasingly digitally and case-oriented. As one of the functional managers of the case system, you are an important link in this. You solve the puzzle for colleagues, listening to the wishes and needs and translating these into possibilities within the case system and possibly other systems. You test new versions and ensure data security and authorization. You learn new things every day by further developing case types and templates, integrating e-forms and making improvements. You also take care of user documentation and knowledge transfer to colleagues. In coordination with suppliers and other colleagues from ICT and the Regional ICT Service, you plan upgrades and contribute to further digitization of the organization.

When are we a match?
You have experience as a functional manager, preferably within the government. You can plan and organize well, and with your analytical skills you come up with concrete solutions and areas for improvement. You have a service-oriented attitude towards your internal customers and can work well with your team.
You also have:
- At least a completed MBO level 4 education, possibly supplemented with specific relevant training and education (BISL / ITIL)
- Knowledge and experience in the field of process improvement and case-oriented working are an advantage, as is knowledge and experience with the applications Zaaksysteem.nl and Xential.
This is your team
You will work in the Operations department and are part of the Process and Information Management (PIM) team. The team brings together all 28 employees whose core task is to shape processes and information flows. This includes information advisors, Continuous Improvement advisors, Information Management and Geo-information employees. You work together with our other functional manager of the case system and have short lines of communication with even more functional managers within the organization, our IT director, the information advisors, and of course the users of the system. There is an informal atmosphere within the team and the lines of communication are short to find each other.
