Functional Application Manager – IT job vacancy in Netherlands

You preferably have HBO level, MBO + with years of experience; You have at least three years of experience as a functional application manager, preferably in a production environment; You have experience with and knowledge of ERP, with a strong preference for SAP; You can make information analyzes and impact analyzes and write and execute test scenarios; You are open, direct and honest; You can prioritize; You speak and write Dutch and English well.

As an application manager you are responsible for the optimally designed and functioning applications & systems that your colleagues use. You ensure that the applications meet the needs of the organization to produce goods, process customer orders properly and deliver on time and with the required quality.

Advising and supporting the processes used; You are an expert advisor who can provide substantiated advice for improvements to the organization; Mastering used transactions, reports, forms, labels and interfaces from different domains within SAP; Drawing up and elaborating blueprints/functional specifications for new customer requirements and, where necessary, aligning these with our external partner(s); Analyzing problems, reproducing the cause and offering structural solutions; Tracking and prioritizing change requests in our ticketing system, preparing and testing bug fixes and new releases of applications & systems; Coordinating functional acceptance testing by core users before changes or new releases are put into production;
