What are you going to do?
As a functional application manager you are responsible for the management and further development of our business applications. You support and professionalize the functional management of various applications, such as Teams O365, Geo applications, management software from Public Space Management, Geo-data, Permits, Topdesk, etc. Together with your colleagues, you manage the business applications and ensure that they continue to comply to the changing requirements and the innovative environment.
You contribute to the optimal use of applications and connect the wishes and possibilities of users and ICT. You provide and monitor links between systems and applications. By making an inventory, you know exactly what users need and you provide suitable solutions, so you take functional management to a higher level.
You coordinate the testing and implementation of changes and ensure proper recording of, for example, authorizations and instructions. You also maintain contact with suppliers, developers, specialists and users.

Has a relevant higher vocational education and is enthusiastic about methodologies such as ITIL and BiSL. You preferably have knowledge of or experience with Geo applications, management software from Public Space Management, Geo data or permits. You initiate improvements and adjustments to the information (systems) and processes. You are strong in process-oriented work and solution-oriented. You are communicative and have experience in training users.
