You are the driving force behind the efficient design of our AFAS applications and you get to work on new wishes. Providing insight into processes is tailor-made for you. In addition, you are involved in:

  • Implementing solutions to improve functionality;
  • Testing and developing new functionalities;
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and proactively implementing this in the organization;
  • Answering user questions from your colleagues.

  • You naturally work based on our core values: ownership, collaboration and trust;
  • You are driven, sincere and committed to our customer and organization;
  • You have strong analytical skills and you work in a structured manner;
  • You have good communication skills and you are able to inform your colleagues in understandable language;
  • You are proactive in making improvement proposals to further develop our processes.

What do we offer?

  • We offer you a challenging job for 24-36 hours a week in an organization that is in full development;
  • WIL has good development opportunities and employment conditions in accordance with the SGO collective labor agreement;
  • You will receive an annual contract, with the intention of permanent employment;
  • You will be in scale 9 of the SGO Collective Labor Agreement. Depending on your knowledge and experience, your salary is a minimum of €3,317 and a maximum of €4,752 gross per month based on a full-time working week (36 hours);
  • You receive an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 17.05% of your gross salary. This includes 8% holiday pay. With your IKB you have the choice of how you use this (such as payment of extra salary, purchase of extra days of leave, payment of sports subscription, etc.);
  • An annual contribution for your health insurance of €168 gross;
  • A pension scheme with ABP;
  • Working at WIL means working with flexible working hours and the option to work partially from home. We facilitate a good home workplace (laptop, mobile phone, budget for setting up a home workplace, home work allowance, etc.)
  • Finally, WIL has good training and development opportunities that we would like to actively discuss with you.
