Last night, during the nineteenth edition of the 3FM Awards, the Dutch music prizes, determined by the 3FM listener, were presented at Poppodium PAARD in The Hague. In recent weeks, the Dutch public could vote for their favorites. Froukje and Joost emerged as the big winners. The Hague band DI-RECT, brand new 3FM Talent Roxy Dekker, WIES and Suzan & Freek with Claude also received a coveted 3FM Award.
For Eurovision Song Contest participant Joost, the evening took a surprising turn: his fans pulled out all the stops to win the award for Best Fan.
