A seventh suspect has reported in the investigation into the serious assault at the Amsterdam Arena station in Amsterdam-Zuidoost, according to the police. Three of the seven suspects arrested are still in custody.
The custody of one boy has been suspended. The other three have been released and are no longer suspected of having had an active part in the attempted manslaughter.
The investigation is still ongoing, which means that the police have other possible suspects in mind.
The assault happened last Friday. An unknown victim was first kicked and beaten by a group of boys and then pushed onto the track.
The victim has still not reported.
The seven suspects come from Amsterdam, Amstelveen and Lelystad.
