Five Belgian and seven Dutch extractors arrested in the port of Antwerp

The Antwerp shipping police arrested two collectors on Sunday night at quay 1624 in the Waasland harbour. 45 packages of cocaine were seized.

According to the shipping police, twelve drug extractors have been arrested since Wednesday in the port of Antwerp, including five Belgians and seven Dutch.

Five tons of coke

On Tuesday evening, five more suspects were arrested in the port of Zeebrugge, including four Dutch people between the ages of 19 and 25. That happened when Belgian customs intercepted five tons of cocaine in the port of Zeebrugge. It was one of the largest drug busts ever in the port.
