First-line functional manager I&A

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and results-oriented first-line functional manager for the IT and Automation team for 36 hours a week. The first-line functional manager is part of the group with second-line functional application managers. Together you manage applications from four organizations.

As with so many organizations, Duo+ is experiencing an ongoing transition from analogue to digital services.

As a first-line functional manager, you support us in this process and you form an important link between the systems in which we work and the 4 organizations (Duo+, Diemen, Uithoorn and Ouder-Amstel). You are the first point of contact for users regarding applications and incidents regarding functional management, where questions and solutions are never the same.

Your work
In your position as first-line functional manager, you support end users and second-line functional managers when it comes to (first-line) malfunctions, you answer user questions and you help people get started in various systems. You also make minor adjustments to applications. You inventory complex questions and malfunctions for the second-line functional managers and you ensure that questions from end users are followed up and handled. You solve simple malfunctions together with end users. You will also help with the design, management and further optimization/further development of applications and you will take care of the documentation together with your colleagues. This can also mean that small jobs in applications are carried out by the 1st line functional manager.

You are also a container distributor in Topdesk for the entire I&A. This means that you forward the notifications from all applications to the relevant administrator, monitor these notifications and consult with colleagues if there are delays in handling them. We provide this service 5 days a week and working days are coordinated with colleagues from functional management.

Your place in the organization
You will work for the Information and Automation (I&A) team of the Duo+ implementation organization. Together with approximately 45 colleagues spread over different clusters, we provide the entire information provision for 4 organizations. This includes system and network management, workplace management and support, functional management, first- and second-line support, data management, information security, etc. We also provide advice and (project) support with regard to ICT in the various substantive domains.

become. The position is valued at scale level 8 (maximum €4,244 gross per month for 36 hours per week).

Your place of employment is the town hall of Diemen, and you can also work from home in consultation.
The position is temporary for a period of one year with the intention of permanent employment.

Your profile
You are service-oriented and able to carry out actions accurately. You can work independently and are able to ask questions carefully and get to the core of a request or problem. You are also naturally technically curious. For this challenging job we are looking for someone with:
