Farmer Tom and his Marieke are very happy together and with their family. They are parents of two wonderful sons. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen without a hitch. “We might have wanted four children,” Tom says in an interview with Libelle. “But we met late and unfortunately getting pregnant wasn’t that easy.”
Another miracle
“It took a few years before Moos arrived and two years later we got Kees,” the farmer explains. “In between and after Kees, Marieke had several miscarriages.” However, they do not rule out the arrival of another child. “We have two fantastic boys, who knows, maybe we could have another miracle like that.”
