A bag containing an explosive was found a few hundred meters from the Vlaardingen house that has been the target of many explosive attacks. The EOD detonated the object in a safe place on Saturday afternoon. The Jumbo bag containing the explosive was found by chance by volunteers from the national cleaning day.

The bag was located at the intersection of Prins Hendriklaan and Prins Bernardlaan in Vlaardingen.
The EOD detonated the explosive in the Broekpolder.
Last Thursday was the last explosion in the street of the Vlaardingen plumber who has been the target of attacks for months. The plumber’s home was closed indefinitely at the end of February.
