Explosions took place in both Breda and Amsterdam on Sunday evening and night. No one was injured. Residents of a residential complex in Amsterdam-Slotermeer had to temporarily leave their homes after heavy smoke development.

Heavy fireworks
A house on Passendalestraat in Breda was damaged by heavy fireworks on Sunday evening around 10 p.m. The impact destroyed the roller shutter and a window.
Police have launched an investigation. This showed that there was no longer any immediate danger to the environment. The resident has filed a report and the police are calling on witnesses to come forward.
Smoke
In Amsterdam-Slotermeer there was an explosion at a porch on Haspelsstraat around 4:45 am. Due to smoke development, the residents of the apartment complex had to leave their homes in a hurry. The fire brigade ventilated the building to blow the smoke out of the building. Measurements were taken in the homes to check whether the situation was safe again. The residents were then allowed to return to their homes.
Injury
The explosion destroyed an area with mailboxes in the porch. The police have cordoned off the crime scene and are conducting investigations.
In both cases no one was injured. No suspects have been arrested. Nothing is known about a motive for both explosions.
