An explosion occurred at a dental practice on Isabella Richaardsstraat in Amsterdam-Zuidoost on Saturday night around 2:10 am. Several windows and the facade were damaged, no one was injured.
A local resident told city broadcaster AT5 that it was a ‘mega explosion’. When the police arrived on the scene, it turned out that the explosion had occurred at a dental practice.
Boarded up
The practice has now been boarded up with wooden planks, but according to local residents, the damage is still clearly visible and there is glass both inside and outside.
The police are looking for witnesses. No one has been arrested yet. It is unclear why the dental practice was targeted.
