In Amsterdam-Noord, there was an explosion late on Friday evening in the stairwell of a house on Gutserstraat. Then a fire broke out. Several windows were blown out by the explosion and the remaining damage is significant.
The fire brigade extinguished the fire.
The bang happened around 11:30 PM at the front door of a house on the first floor. The residents fled through the back of the house. One of the residents was checked by ambulance personnel because of smoke inhalation.
Nothing has been known about the perpetrator or perpetrators.
