We are looking for a: Employee DIV
(32 hours)
As a DIV employee you are no longer just concerned with paper archives. In this digital age it is important to share and store information quickly, lawfully and carefully. You are the point of contact for colleagues for questions about (digital) archiving. You support colleagues in managing and supplementing case files, including advice on case types. You also process requests for (old) files and ensure correct returns. You also advise colleagues on the efficient use of Teams and/or SharePoint (Microsoft 365) for projects and collaboration. You help transfer information to a digital application and ensure timely transfer and destruction of files.

What are you going to do next?

  • Archiving in accordance with the Archives Act.
  • Monitoring and advising on the completeness of files.
  • Assist with cleanup and archiving of shared drive.
  • Support in archiving Registry/Council documents.
  • Request physical records.
  • Support in creating templates for the design of Teams.
  • Answer questions and provide support regarding the case system (Djuma) in relation to Microsoft 365 (Teams/SharePoint).

Who will you work with?
Of course you don’t do this alone. You work together with the Information Management specialist and the functional application managers of Microsoft 365 and the case system, as well as the Information Management advisor within the Information Management department. This department is part of the Information Management team. The team is a colorful group of advisors and application and data managers from various disciplines. We are a friendly and ambitious team and are there for each other. It is a position with a lot of responsibility, but also with considerable independence and freedom.

Who are you?
Does information management and archiving make your heart beat faster? You are also interested in what Microsoft 365 can do and especially how it can help users.

  • You have extensive experience in archival work and all associated facets.
  • You have knowledge of working with case systems and the i-Navigator.
  • You are communicative, patient and people-oriented, with an interest or willingness to learn about Microsoft 365.
  • You like to dive into something completely, but at the same time you can zoom out to translate it into solutions.
  • You are a team player who can also work independently, with a focus on accuracy.

You also have:

  • A relevant archival training (SOD-I, SOD-II, LARM).
  • Extensive experience in DIV work with both paper and digital files.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Teams is an advantage.

  • A salary of a maximum of €3,784, = gross per month based on 36 hours (scale 7). A starting scale may apply.
  • An ABP optional pension (of which we pay part).
  • An employment contract for 12 months, which we are happy to convert into a permanent contract if both parties are satisfied.
  • An individual budget of 17.05% of your gross monthly salary, which you can spend at your own discretion, for example on extra salary, vacation days or training.
