Data center employee IT – IT job vacancy in Netherlands

We are currently looking for a skilled employee for the data center in the Maintenance and Repair department. As a Maintenance and Repair employee, you are responsible for maintaining, repairing and upgrading existing hardware and software on our site. The client’s customer is an American company, so you will have to deal with many procedures and guidelines, but the atmosphere among each other is informal. A good command of the English language is essential. You work in an international environment and all work instructions are in English.

You are an enthusiastic candidate with an affinity for technology. You have a high school diploma and you have great attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. You have good communication skills. There must be a willingness to work flexibly and respond to emergency situations.

As a Maintenance and Repair employee you are responsible for maintaining, repairing and upgrading existing hardware and software on our site. Main activities will be:

Performing regular maintenance, repairing existing hardware Upgrading existing hardware to increase computing or storage capacity Resolving and diagnosing technical problems and providing timely solutions Carrying out inspections to ensure that the equipment functions properly ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently  Collaborate with other team members to initialize areas for improvement
