Customers angry about missed compensation strangle loans

This is evident from research by Kassa and Stichting Geldbelangen. Both organizations receive weekly emails from angry consumers who sound the alarm about the missed compensation.

Lender Santander consistently rejects consumers who ask for compensation. It is estimated that tens of thousands of customers of this group do not receive the compensation to which they are entitled. Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance (CACF) pays thousands of euros too little in compensation to customers who submit a request for the compensation scheme via Mijnrentetoeslag.nl.
