As a front office employee, you are someone who can easily clarify customer questions. You know how to answer questions well and solve problems well. You have general knowledge of ICT, web and software applications. Moreover, you know how to make a good trade-off between customer and financial business interests during telephone conversations. You have good communication skills and can function well both in a team and independently.

HBO working and thinking level; Affinity with ICT and experience in a similar position with customer contact; In possession of a driving license B; Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.

As a front office employee you are the first point of contact for this company’s customers. This way you can help with any malfunctions and register and answer user questions. You have a very varied job. This way you follow up on notifications and monitor the progress of these notifications. You also manage assignments and the hourly budget.

First point of contact for all questions and problems; Responsible for installing website/software applications for your customers together with your colleagues; Testing software releases; Giving courses and demonstrations to customers.

You will be working at a self-confident and independent IT organization. The organization is responsible for developing innovative solutions for paperless meetings, digital working, web casting and e-services.
