As a Customer Service Employee, you help the company’s customers by answering questions and assisting with any other issues.

You have MBO 4 working and thinking level; You master the Dutch and English language in word and writing; You have experience working in different (CRM) systems; You have a service institution and you have experience with (telephone) customer contact; You enjoy working with IT and Telecom products/services.

In this very versatile function you have a lot of freedom and no day is the same. For example, one minute you’re helping a customer transfer his SIM card and the next you’re answering a question about invoices. In the role of Customer Service Employee you can really make a difference for customers.

You answer first-line questions from customers; You process and resolve ‘tickets’ from stock; You assist the sales department.
