Amsterdam – On Thursday evening, November 9, there was a shooting incident on the Parlevinkerpad in Amsterdam-Noord. During a possible argument, shots are fired and the shooter flees and the police are urgently looking for the complainant. It is not known if anyone was injured. The investigation is asking for the public’s help and would like to get in touch with witnesses.
Around 6:30 p.m. the police were called that a shot had been heard on the Parlevinkerpad near Banneplein. The police immediately go that way and speak to witnesses there. It turns out that shots have actually been fired, and a man and child even have to take cover behind a parked car. A possible argument between two men is said to have been the reason for the shooting.
After the shot, the shooter flees in the direction of IJdoornlaan and the complainant also runs away. This complainant has not yet reported to the police. The police would like to speak to this complainant and are therefore urgently looking for him. The police are also looking for a woman who was close to the arguing men and can tell more. More people may have witnessed the argument or saw the shooter as he fled. The investigation department would like to get in touch with you.
