About the Municipality of Zuidplas
Zuidplas is a merged municipality consisting of the villages of Moerkapelle, Moordrecht, Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel and Zevenhuizen. We have only been around for 14 years, and just like a real teenager, we are growing fast. This offers opportunities: in your daily work and for your career. Due to our location between Rotterdam and Gouda, you can also tackle metropolitan issues. And the region of Central Holland in which we are located is actually a kind of Netherlands in miniature. With an interesting playing field, both politically and geographically.

Zuidplas will grow significantly in population in the coming years and therefore also in the number of colleagues in the organization. We face challenging tasks and adapt our working methods to the demands from society. To tie in with these developments, an interactive group plan Zuidplas Groeit! and a change plan, including a new organizational vision for Zuidplas. The organizational development has the main tasks as a point on the horizon: Task-oriented, Self-organizing, Decisive and Agile and is still in full swing.

You will work in the Information Provision team, which consists of 12 colleagues (information advisors and administrators of the central applications). This means you are close to all the great projects we will be doing in the near future.
We look forward to a colleague with humor and decisiveness who both maintains frameworks and provides advice on how the frameworks should be applied.
