The ‘One Against 100’ presenter Caroline Tensen once weighed 83 kilos and with iron discipline she managed to reduce that to 68 kilos. How exactly did she achieve that? Through a combination of exercise and healthier eating. She ensures that she can never weigh more than seventy kilos again. She eats modest portions and when there is a party, she is happy to have a bitterbal, just not five anymore, like she used to. In addition, Caroline avoids sugary products and eats as few carbohydrates as possible. This way the presenter maintains a good weight. “For me, exercising a lot and eating virtually no carbohydrates helps,” she says to her followers in a video on Instagram. “But a diet is very personal. That’s why I say: find a diet that suits you and that you can maintain for a long time and where you don’t think every day: I’m on the diet. Because then you won’t last long. Eventually the kilos will really come off again.”
