Car burned out after Amstelveen explosion; police are looking for witnesses and images

Amstelveen – On Saturday, January 27, residents of the Stelvio in Amstelveen were shocked by an explosion. Fortunately, no one was injured, but a parked car was completely burned out.

Around midnight, a loud bang is heard in the neighborhood and the emergency services are alerted. When police officers arrive, they see a car and a front yard on fire. The police therefore cordoned off the area extensively. The fire brigade is also in the Stelvio quite quickly and extinguishes the fires. The car has been declared a total loss.
