Amstelveen – On Saturday, January 27, residents of the Stelvio in Amstelveen were shocked by an explosion. Fortunately, no one was injured, but a parked car was completely burned out.

Around midnight, a loud bang is heard in the neighborhood and the emergency services are alerted. When police officers arrive, they see a car and a front yard on fire. The police therefore cordoned off the area extensively. The fire brigade is also in the Stelvio quite quickly and extinguishes the fires. The car has been declared a total loss.

The police immediately conducted a neighborhood investigation and it turned out that several people were probably involved in this incident. One or two scooters may also have driven away shortly after the explosion. The exploded explosive is probably heavy fireworks.
The police have taken over the case and would like to get in touch with witnesses who saw or heard something.
