The police arrested a 33-year-old man from Oud-Beijerland on Wednesday night on suspicion of possession and trade in hard drugs. During the search of his home, thousands of euros in cash, hashish, weed and a kilo of cocaine were found.
Pony packs
On Wednesday evening, the police received a report of a suspicious situation in a house on Govert Flinckstraat. Officers who responded to the report found a 33-year-old man in the home. In the house, officers saw a large amount of pony packs and ziplock bags with drugs.
Thousands of euros
The man, a 33-year-old resident of Oud-Beijerland, was arrested on suspicion of possessing and dealing in hard drugs. After his arrest, the house was searched. Thousands of euros in cash, hashish, weed and a kilo of cocaine were found during the search.
The man has now been brought before the examining magistrate and is still in custody.
